We make them using only fresh blue jumbo lump crab meat and blend it with other fresh ingredients. They are hand formed, wrapped, and frozen for your convenience. Easy to prepare - either pan saute or bake.

Excellent Crabcakes

I sent some to my picky brother in California for Christmas and recently ordered more for his birthday. Here are his comments regarding the Christmas crabcakes: "I had some colleagues over at my house from SJSU last night and made up the crab cakes that you sent me from Kent Island. They were absolutely wonderful and everyone raved about them. I think that they were the best ones I have ever had, even better than the ones at Phillips. Every bite was pure joy!! Thank you so much for sending them."

I ordered these for my elderly parents in PA. They were very pleased. The crab cakes came nicely packaged and were very tasty, lump crab cakes. Ordering was easy and the delivery was quick! Very impressed with the product and service!

Lots of good firm crab meat and just the right amount of filler. I would serve this to any guest at any time.

We had them for Christmas dinner along with a beef tenderloin. It was an excellent dinner. The crab cakes were delicious and full of lump crab meat. We had them as leftovers, also and they were just as good. I baked them in the oven.
